对于不少消费者期盼的统一退票政策的呼声，作为业内人士的刘燕告诉澎湃新闻，即使有了统一的阶梯式退票政策，也无法完全解决消费者关于“退票费高”“退票难”的痛点。从票务平台的数据来看，在实际情况中，大多数退票发生在演出临近发生时，用户因时间冲突、生病意外、突发事件等，不得不退票。但一般临近开演，已经到了退票费非常高昂的阶段，或者不可退的阶段。
